About these terms
These terms apply to your use of tallpinepainting.com, which is operated by Tall Pine Painting LLC, a Washington limited liability company and painting contractor based in Vancouver, Washington ("Tall Pine Painting," "we," "us" or "our"). Its responsible party is Jorge Rodriguez Garcia, sole member. Tall Pine Painting LLC is registered in Washington as contractor TALLPPP742JP and licensed in Oregon by the Construction Contractors Board as CCB #262594. By using the site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and the work itself
Information on this site describes our services in general. It is not an offer or a price for any specific job. Every project is priced on a written estimate after we see the work in person. The scope, price, schedule and any other terms of a job are set out in that written estimate or proposal, which governs the work if you accept it. Where Washington or Oregon law requires particular notices or contract terms for residential work, those are provided with the proposal.
Workmanship guarantee
Tall Pine Painting provides a workmanship guarantee on the work it completes, as described in your written proposal. It covers defects in our workmanship, such as peeling or failure of a coating we applied over a surface we prepared. It does not cover damage caused by moisture intrusion from outside the painted surface, structural movement, impact, neglect, or surfaces we identified in the proposal as excluded or at risk. If you believe work we completed has failed, contact us and we will inspect it and make it right where the guarantee applies.
Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Tall Pine Painting LLC at (360) 785-6225 about your estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders and your project.

Promotions: 10% off all qualifying jobs over $2,500
- Applies to qualifying painting projects with a total of $2,500 or more before the discount is applied.
- Mention the offer when you request your free estimate, or at any point before the estimate is provided. It cannot be applied after a proposal has been issued, after work has begun, or retroactively.
- One discount per household or property per project. Not combinable with any other offer, promotion or discount. No cash value.
- Does not apply to change orders added after the proposal is signed, to materials purchased separately, or to work funded by an insurance claim or a third party.
- The discount is offered at the discretion of Tall Pine Painting LLC and is not guaranteed on every project. If it applies to your job, it will appear on your written estimate before any work begins. Tall Pine Painting LLC may modify or end this promotion at any time.
Referral reward
- You receive $100 when someone you refer has their project completed and paid in full. Nothing is paid at the point of booking or estimate.
- The person you refer must be a new customer who has not already requested an estimate from us.
- Your name must be given as the referral source at or before their free estimate.
- The referred project must itself be a qualifying project of $2,500 or more.
- One referral reward per completed project. No limit on how many people you refer.
- Tall Pine Painting LLC may modify or end the referral programme at any time, and any referral already completed before a change is honoured.

Use of this website
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we do not provide. Photos, text and design on this site belong to Tall Pine Painting LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our consent.
Third-party services
Our estimate form and review display are provided by third-party services, and the site links to other websites, including our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services or sites.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tall Pine Painting LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Washington or Oregon consumer protection law, or any obligation we have under either state's contractor licensing laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Work performed in Oregon is also subject to the requirements of the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
