This website, tallpinepainting.com, is operated by Tall Pine Painting LLC, a Washington limited liability company and painting contractor based in Vancouver, Washington, serving Clark County and the Portland, Oregon metro ("Tall Pine Painting," "we," "us" or "our"). Its responsible party is Jorge Rodriguez Garcia, sole member. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
When you request an estimate, call us, text us or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address or town of the property, and details about the work you want done, including photos if you send them.
Information collected automatically
This site does not run analytics or advertising tags. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which record the pages requested, the time, your browser type and your IP address, and which we use only to keep the site running and secure. The estimate form and the review display are provided by third-party services that load inside the page and may set their own cookies; their privacy policies govern that data.
How we use your information
- To respond to your estimate request, schedule a visit and prepare a written estimate.
- To communicate with you about your project by phone, text message or email.
- To send appointment reminders and project updates you have agreed to receive.
- To administer the promotions and referral programme described in our Terms of Service.
- To meet legal, tax, licensing and record-keeping obligations in Washington and Oregon.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Tall Pine Painting LLC may send you messages about your estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call or text us at (360) 785-6225. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See also our text messaging terms.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include our customer management and messaging platform, which hosts our estimate form and sends our texts, and our website host. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and your choices
Our own pages set no tracking cookies. The embedded estimate form, review widget and web fonts may use cookies or similar technologies, which you can block or delete in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop the site from working, though the form may not load.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate and project records for as long as needed to provide our services, honor our workmanship guarantee and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
