On-Site Consultation
We walk the property with you, assess every surface, discuss colours and finishes, and answer questions about the project. This is where we find the soft trim, the failing caulk and the north wall mildew, so none of it is a surprise later. Every estimate is tailored to your home and your goals.

Detailed Proposal
You receive a clear, written estimate that lists the scope of work, the products being used, the preparation steps and the price. No vague numbers and no shortcuts hidden in the fine print. If the 10% off all qualifying jobs over $2,500 applies to your job, it appears here, before anything starts, and so does the workmanship guarantee.

Project Preparation
Before painting begins we protect the surrounding areas and complete all of the prep: cleaning, scraping failing paint back to a sound surface, sanding, caulking, masking and priming where needed. This is most of the job, and it is the part that decides how long the finish lasts.

Paint Day
The crew arrives on schedule, reviews the plan for the day, and completes the work with attention to detail, cleanliness and communication throughout. Coats go on evenly with proper dry time between them, and the site is left clean every evening. Outside, we paint only onto dry surfaces and never late enough for dew to land on the coat.

Final Walkthrough
Once the project is complete, we walk the property with you to make sure everything meets expectations. Any final touch-ups are handled before the job is called finished and before the final payment. Then the workmanship guarantee takes over.
